(QPWB), a multi-office national law firm, has an immediate opening for a Business Law Associate Attorney in our Jacksonville, FL office. This position offers the flexibility of both in-office and remote work, providing the right candidate with the opportunity to join a growing practice with long-term career potential. We are actively building succession plans and seek attorneys who are passionate about establishing or continuing a dynamic business law practice. Responsibilities We are seeking an attorney with a minimum of 3 years of experience working alongside a managing partner in a general business law setting. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and capable of handling a broad range of matters, including: Managing mortgage and banking-related default cases, such as uncontested foreclosures and evictions Navigating client systems used in the mortgage industry (including ICE/BKFS and Sagent/Tempo) Overseeing client directives, inquiries, and workflow management Maintaining strong organization and prioritization across a high-volume caseload Supporting a fast-paced legal team with day-to-day business law matters Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school Licensed to practice law in the State of Florida and in good standing Minimum 3 years of business law or mortgage banking legal experience Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Proven ability to manage deadlines and deliver high-quality legal work under pressure What We Offer Competitive salary commensurate with experience Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan with generous employer match Employer-paid life and disability insurance Structured mentorship and training programs Exceptional opportunities for growth and long-term career development Supportive and collaborative work environment with flexible work arrangements Why QPWB QPWB offers a unique opportunity to grow within a nationally respected litigation and business law firm.
