Role Description This is a full-time role for a Senior Real Estate & Business Transaction Attorney, located in Southlake, TX. The primary responsibilities include handling commercial real estate and business transactions, conducting due diligence, drafting and reviewing leases and purchase agreements, advising on real estate development projects, and providing legal guidance on business transactions. The Senior Attorney will work closely with clients and the Firm's founder, Christopher Sullivan, and managing partner, Corey Kellam. Base Salary Ranging from $180,000 - $240,000 10% billed and collected bonus for self sourced clients and matters Comprehensive health benefits package (Health, vision, and dental) 401(k) with 4% employer match Qualifications Minimum of 10+ years of relevant legal experience in real estate law, construction law, corporate law, and business transactions Existing client base & desire to continue to grow client base Experience in Commercial Real Estate and Real Estate Development Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to the bar in Texas Seniority level
