Responsibilities: Undergraduate Academic Advising and Administration (65%) : Advise students on degree planning, registration, monitor academic progress, provide policy interpretation, support faculty guidance, and oversee student records and support programs. Program Development and Management (20%) : Support curriculum processes, develop student activities, coordinate outreach, and collaborate with departments and student groups. Special Projects and Outreach (10%) : Improve advising practices, address curriculum deficiencies, and attract underrepresented groups. Professional Development & Service (5%) : Engage in training, attend conferences, and possibly teach courses. Appointment time is flexible but no less than 75%. The position requires a Master's degree in a counseling or student services area and two years of related experience. Qualifications
