We are seeking an experienced Pega Lead Software Engineer (LSA) to design, develop, and implement Pega-based solutions. Deep expertise in Pega PRPC, Case Management, and Decisioning, along with leadership skills, are required.
Responsibilities
Lead architecture of Pega solutions, ensuring scalability and performance.
Design and implement Pega applications following best practices.
Ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
Define reusable components and accelerators.
Mentor Pega developers and analysts.
Manage upgrades, enhancements, and cloud migrations.
Oversee integrations with APIs and third-party systems.
Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize performance.
Translate business requirements into solutions.
Collaborate with DevOps and QA for deployment strategies.
Guide on BPM, Automation, AI/Decisioning, Customer Service.
Present recommendations to leadership.
Enforce coding standards and best practices.
Conduct design and code reviews.
Drive Center of Excellence initiatives.
Stay updated with Pega features and industry trends.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree + 6 years or High School Diploma + 10 years in software development.
Preferred: Pega CLSA certification, 8+ years in Pega, experience with integrations, cloud deployment, and leadership skills.
