Principal Fullstack Java Engineer (FULL TIME)

Our client is seeking senior level engineers with 10+ years of experience in financial trading applications, particularly in stock markets, yields, B2B, and institutional trading systems for bonds, mutual funds, etc. Candidates must be highly proficient in Java, Spring, Oracle, Kafka, and willing to mentor junior/mid-level engineers and collaborate with other senior engineers and business stakeholders. *** ALL APPLICANTS MUST BE WILLING TO PERFORM A CODING EXAM, WORK HYBRID IN THE DALLAS TEXAS AREA (50% ON SITE), AND INTERVIEW OVER VIDEO. W2 Responsibilities: Develop cutting-edge software within AWS cloud services (S3, EC2, EKS, SNS, RDS, SQS, Lambda, etc.) Use Java, Spring, Oracle, Kafka to develop and expose REST APIs and integrate with Angular systems Resolve issues in codebase, both from scratch and in production, using Java 17 / Spring Boot 3+ Work with PL/SQL (Oracle), NoSQL databases (MongoDB, RDS, Yugabyte, Aerospike, Neo4J), and CICD tools Experience Requirements: Minimum 10 years of progressive Java engineering experience in software, application, or web development. Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent credentials are required. Note: Compensation will consider skills, experience, and other factors. The stated pay range is for W2 hourly employment. Other employment options may offer different pay.
