We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Tax Reporting and Compliance to join our Tax team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL - HYBRID.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
Performs calculations for the most specialized and/or complex internal and/or external clients.
Assists clients in developing tax and/or other regulatory strategies and recommendations for reporting and compliance with regulations.
Collaborates with tax and regulatory agencies to recommend positions favored by BNY Mellon.
Works with the most complex clients and their attorneys and accountants to establish plans for the tax and/or regulatory cycle, including deliverables and deadlines.
Proactively addresses any potential issues.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
Bachelor's degree in a business discipline or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
10-12 years of total work experience preferred.
Tax reporting and analysis experience preferred.
No direct reports, but provides guidance to less experienced team members as needed.
