About the Team & Business Line:
Fund Administration is Citco’s core business. Our alternative asset and accounting services are highly respected. We invest in learning and technology to deliver seamless client experiences.
About You:
Degree qualified, ideally with an accounting qualification.
Minimum of 8+ years in hedge fund accounting.
Strong interest in financial markets and hedge fund industry.
Technical knowledge of Hedge Fund Accounting.
Extensive managerial experience.
Strong risk management knowledge.

Responsibilities:
Provide training and supervision to team members.
Plan, schedule, and manage daily workflows and client relationships.
Liaise with clients on reporting requirements and deadlines; ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Act as primary contact with clients and fund participants.
Maintain relationships with investors, advisors, banks, brokers, and auditors.
Develop staffing, production, overtime, and productivity targets.
Ensure staff are trained and conduct performance evaluations.
Meet fund participant expectations and deadlines.
Assist auditors and fund participants.
Participate in client presentations.
Lead projects related to business expansion and evolution.
Engage in managerial functions with the Managing Director.
