Hendrick Health Assists in performing financial analysis on product/equipment. Helps to coordinate and maintain existing vendor contracts and the loading of new contracts into the procurement system and GPO price catalog. Designs and maintains reports from the procurement system to help monitor and drive compliance. Serves as a pricing advocate between hospitals, group purchasing organization and vendors. Collaborates with others and participates in meetings as required. Prioritizes workflow and performs work as assigned by the senior analyst.

Job Summary

Job Requirements

Minimum Education High School Diploma Minimum Work Experience 1 Year Required Licenses/Certifications N/A Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Communicate both internally within the organization and externally, written and verbal. Proofread and edit working documents. Prepare for and attend meetings as required. Coordinate personal workflow to accommodate priorities using effective time management. Collaborate with others to achieve desired outcomes. Participate in problem-solving and execute accordingly. Apply analytical skills to research, generate/compile and analyze information/reports. Use computerized spreadsheets to conduct analysis. Navigate external websites and applications to access data. Input data into computer software. Maintain electronic contract/price files. Apply math skills to determine usage/forecasts/pricing. Balance figures. Assist in the procurement of product and equipment. Assist in the analysis and reconciliation of invoice discrepancies. Work with vendors to reach invoice error resolution. Maintain work area according to OSHA and NIOSH standards. Seniority level
