Represent clients in patent and trade secret disputes, including all phases of litigation Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare motions and briefs Manage discovery, including expert reports and depositions Participate in court hearings, trials, and ITC proceedings Contribute to strategic case development in collaboration with senior attorneys and clients Handle inter partes review proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board Stay current with legal trends and technological advancements impacting intellectual property law Requirements:

2-4 years of experience in intellectual property litigation, with emphasis on patent and/or trade secret matters Demonstrated ability to independently manage assignments and contribute to case strategy Exceptional legal research, analytical, and persuasive writing skills Admission to the
