You’ll work directly with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their aesthetic goals while maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and care. Key Responsibilities: Administer a full range of cosmetic injections: Botox, Juvederm, Voluma, Volbella, Kybella, and other aesthetic products. Conduct detailed consultations to assess client needs, educate on treatment options, and build customized care plans. Deliver follow-up care, monitor treatment outcomes, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Maintain meticulous documentation of treatments, progress, and client communications, including before-and-after photos. Ensure all treatment areas are sterile, hygienic, and compliant with safety protocols. Collaborate effectively with the clinical and front-office team to deliver a seamless, luxury experience. Stay informed on the latest industry trends, products, and techniques through ongoing professional education and training. Skills & Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in cosmetic/aesthetic injections. Proficient in safe, accurate injection techniques and anatomical assessments. Strong consultative skills with the ability to educate clients and recommend appropriate treatments confidently. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team. Excellent organizational, time-management, and follow-through capabilities. Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Qualifications: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (or NP/PA) in good standing. Certification in aesthetic injectable procedures. Prior experience in a medical aesthetics or dermatology setting.
