WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking two experienced and dynamic individuals to become Lead Partner Reps, handling relationships with key partner/strategic accounts. These roles will serve as Nike’s primary, on-the-ground business liaison based out of our Indianapolis Office & Showroom!
Are you
passionate about the Nike Brand, possess a strong background in sales and account management, and excel in building and cultivating relationships with key retailers and cross-functional partners?
The ideal candidate will also have outstanding multitasking abilities, a high degree of organizational skills, the ability to analyze wholesale and retail business results, and a passion for developing engaging presentations! Art and Science are interconnected in this role! We're looking for a candidate with strong retail skills, the ability to present sales data into weekly, monthly, and seasonal recaps, and
derive actionable insights to drive business decisions.
Additionally, this person will understand stock-to-sales plans and create recommended action plans as needed. On the art side, we seek talent that can display knowledge of the Nike consumer, retail marketplace trends, and drive compelling seasonal sell-in presentations. WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON Serving as the lead point of contact for the Nike Brand within your specified account base, you will handle account-facing meetings, lead day-to-day showroom operations and logistics, handle order entry reconciliations, drive sales growth through seasonal targets, and handle at-once sales opportunities. A typical day/week includes: Accountability
– Develop and deliver strategic plans against financial targets Relationship
– Serve as Nike’s primary contact within your designated marketplace Integration
– Act as a liaison and advocate for account partners to internal teams Pre-season
– Build assortment and sell-in strategy, develop financial forecasts, and conduct partner engagement meetings In-season
– Pursue at-once orders, track sales trends, provide marketplace insights, and ensure MAP compliance Operational
– Ensure timely order entry, develop solutions for late or canceled orders Marketing
– Facilitate brand marketing events and product launches Product
– Manage samples, showroom setup, and takedown seasonally WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across Marketplace, Merchandising, Planning, and Brand Marketing, as well as account buyers, planners, and leadership. Depending on the specific role, you will report either to the Men’s Sales Director JD Sports/Finish Line Inc. OR to the Women’s & Kids Sales Director for JD Sports/Finish Line Inc. WHAT YOU BRING 3-5 years of experience in Sales and/or Merchandising Experience in planning and sales analytics is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field; suitable combination of education, experience, and training accepted Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., including samples and sales materials Compliance with country-specific legal requirements Willingness to travel up to 25% We offer accommodations for our interview process, including screen readers, sign language interpreters, accessible locations, closed captioning, and other modifications.
