Manage payroll, benefits, and general HR activities in coordination with internal team members or external vendors. Ensure alignment of administrative processes with company goals and compliance standards. Cross-Functional Leadership
Collaborate closely with other department leaders to support strategic decision-making and improve financial literacy across the organization. Present financial results and forecasts to the Board of Directors and investors. Play a central role in company-wide planning and execution, evolving from a tactical to a strategic leader.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or MBA strongly preferred. 10+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, including leadership positions. Experience in a SaaS or technology company preferred. Demonstrated ability to scale finance functions in high-growth, PE-backed environments. Strong working knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements. Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning. Hands-on approach with willingness to roll up sleeves while building out the team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence across functions and levels.
What You Bring
A strategic mindset grounded in strong accounting fundamentals. Comfort with both tactical execution and high-level strategy. Desire to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and evolving environment. Ability to partner across departments and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration.
