We are recruiting for a driven and self-motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team and help expand our customer base in the EV and clean energy space. This person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers, managing the full sales cycle, and closing deals. The ideal candidate has a strong sales background with proven success in lead generation, relationship building, and solution selling. Experience selling EV-related technology or solar (commercial or residential) is highly preferred. RESPONSIBILITIES Proactively generate new leads and opportunities through cold-calling, networking, and industry outreach. Qualify prospects and manage the sales funnel from initial contact to close. Develop customized proposals based on customer needs and company offerings. Educate prospective customers on the Companys EV charging and related products and services. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals and KPIs. Track and manage all sales activity using CRM (Salesforce) tools. Build long-term relationships with clients, business owners, facility managers, and commercial developers. Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, marketing, customer service, finance) to support deal flow and customer satisfaction. Represent the Company at trade shows, networking events, and local energy/EV related events. Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS 2+ years of sales experience with a track record of success, preferably in the EV, solar, renewable energy or related industries. Proven success in cold calling and developing new business from the ground up. Experience with sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce). Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS Willingness to travel locally or regionally as needed.
