Salary Range: $85k - $95k Bonus: $1,000 Sign On Bonus Schedule: This role supports a 24/7, 365 day operation, so visibility across all shifts is essential. While the majority of duties will occur during the afternoon shift, this position also requires flexibility to cover one weekend shift as business needs. May have to work holidays.
What You'll Do:
As a Warehouse Manager, you’ll play a critical role in leading Warehouse Supervisors and frontline employees to deliver safe, accurate, and efficient warehouse operations. You won’t just manage people — you’ll motivate, coach, and connect them to the bigger picture.
Your Leadership in Action:
Set and communicate clear expectations — and empower your team to meet them. Lead with energy and create a positive, inclusive culture. Train, support, and hold Warehouse Supervisors accountable for shift performance. Walk the floor, lead by example, and be a visible, approachable leader. Champion safety, participate in ESG activities, and host site-wide events.
Deliver Results That Matter:
Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Service and Inventory teams. Execute action plans to meet productivity, quality, and safety goals. Monitor and review team and shift performance regularly. Support process improvements, audits, cost reduction, and workforce planning. Ensure systems, processes, and equipment keep your team productive and safe. Tackle other duties like a pro — all within your training and expertise.
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree required. 3–5 years of experience supervising operations and managing leaders. Proven skills in team leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration. Experience in warehouse or distribution environments. Commitment to safety and creating a positive work environment.
Bonus Points For:
Familiarity with Material Handling Equipment (MHE). Knowledge of WMS (Blue Yonder/Korber/AS400) or other warehouse management systems. Comfort with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workplaces.
