Serve as a member of the Center for Student Engagement’s leadership team. Foster a commitment to a positive team culture in the Center. Directly supervise the Coordinator for Sorority and Fraternity Life. Indirectly supervise SFL Graduate Assistant and SFL ambassadors Directly advise one of the three SFL councils (the Interfraternity Council, Panhellenic Council, Multicultural Greek Council), and provide guidance to the individual sorority/fraternity chapters. Continually assess the status of SFL at Loyola including national benchmarking assessments and make recommendations to administration on ways to improve the sorority and fraternity community. Provide leadership and creative solutions that result in Greek organizations embracing a lifestyle that promotes the healthy development of each member. Manage budgets associated with SFL . Oversee Greek Standards & Awards Program ( GSAP ) application and review process annually. Plan and facilitate workshops, and retreats to include, but not limited to: chapter/council trainings, recruitment trainings, and the Greek Leadership Retreat. Responsible for coordinating Welcome Week Info Sessions. Monitor and facilitate safety and risk management practices, including anti-hazing week programming, and DEI training. Work with campus partners to manage student conduct processes for the Sorority and Fraternity life community. Develop and maintain online presence for Sorority & Fraternity life including website and social media pages. Serve as liaison between national fraternity/sorority alumni, staff, and chapter advisors. Oversee fraternity/sorority recruitment/intake process. Serve as liaison between national fraternity/sorority alumni, staff, and chapter advisors. Work with alumni advisors to support undergraduate chapters and conduct advisor trainings as needed. Support and assist all social sorority and fraternity organizations with departmental processes and procedures, program planning, recruitment/intake, and overall organization management. Provide direction and planning ideas to students who manage large events such as Panhellenic Formal Recruitment, SFL Senior Sendoff, Triple S Show, and the Sorority & Fraternity Life Awards Banquet. Maintain and distribute community statistics and grade reports. Attend/support student organization or department events as assigned. Other duties as assigned. Minimum Education and/or Work Experience

Master’s degree in student affairs, student personnel, higher education, or related field. Supplemented with three years of full time employment working with registered student organizations. Qualifications

Master’s degree in student personnel, counseling, higher education administration or related field is preferred. 3 to 5 years experience in Sorority and Fraternity Life and student development or related work. Direct experience advising fraternities/sororities strongly preferred. Experience working with Multicultural Greek Council, Interfraternity Council and Panhellenic Council highly preferred Ability to work autonomously, take initiative and to establish work priorities to ensure timely completion of responsibilities. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships, outstanding communication and attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse individuals and groups. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience in program and event management preferred. Demonstrated commitment to advancing diversity and social justice issues. An understanding of and appreciation for Jesuit higher education. Certificates/Credentials/Licenses N//A Computer Skills
