Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in San Diego, CA for an Assistant Store Manager. The Assistant Store Manager will assist in the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include managing team members, maintaining inventory, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and upholding store policies. The role also involves addressing customer inquiries, managing sales, and ensuring the overall store environment is inviting and efficient. Qualifications Skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Communication Experience in Store Management Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention strategies Excellent leadership and team management skills Strong organizational abilities Ability to work on-site in a dynamic retail environment Experience in retail or a related field is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field preferred Seniority level
