Overview: We are seeking multiple IT professionals to join a high-performing team supporting complex cloud/on-prem IT systems. Candidates will support mission-critical applications and data infrastructure by contributing to system analysis, application development, systems programming, and business intelligence tasks; all within a collaborative Agile and DevSecOps environment. This is an on-site position at a secure government facility in the Washington, DC area. Key Responsibilities: Analyze user workflows and technical requirements to improve or modernize enterprise systems Design, develop, and maintain systems-level and application software using Java, JavaScript, Python, and SQL Support CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps practices, and security compliance (e.g., STIGs, RMF) Collaborate with system engineers, project managers, and stakeholders to define, build, and deploy solutions Document standard operating procedures (SOPs), system requirements, user stories, and sprint activities Support legacy system sustainment and assist in cloud migration efforts (AWS, containerization, infrastructure as code) Assist in reporting, performance monitoring, and requirements traceability for business intelligence purposes Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following areas: systems analysis, software development, programming, business intelligence Certified AWS Solutions Architect Associate or equivalent experience Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, Python, and SQL Familiarity with Agile development, DevSecOps pipelines, and GitLab-based collaboration Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team member in a secure, mission-focused environment Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree or additional certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Security+, CISSP) Experience with DoD/IC systems, classified environments, and STIG compliance Knowledge of containerized environments (e.g., Docker), cloud platforms (AWS), and automation tools Why Join Us: You'll be part of a dynamic team supporting national security missions through innovative software solutions and robust IT system delivery.
