This position is aligned with the Enterprise Digital Design organization at Silicon Valley Bank, a division of First Citizens Bank. It involves defining the User Experience (UX) for digital products, services, and channels, providing expert consultation, leading design and user testing, and working closely with IT teams. The role is part of a design team for the SVB Go commercial banking platform, focusing on different aspects of the customer experience such as administration, security, reporting, and money movement. Responsibilities Drive strategic monitoring and enhancement of the Bank's digital user experience, ensuring usability and client satisfaction. Support digital products and channels through technical and operational duties, mentoring less experienced designers. Ensure successful implementation of digital enhancements via user testing, developing test plans, and analyzing engagement metrics. Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders, coordinating with IT on digital deliverables. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree with 6 years of user design experience or High School Diploma with 10 years of experience. Preferred experience in the financial services industry, commercial banking platforms, and design research. Skills Experience with design systems User research expertise Proficiency in Figma, Jira, Confluence Ability to work within an Agile environment Understanding of payments products for commercial banking clients Benefits are part of the total rewards package.
