Vallfirest, a global leader in innovative solutions for wildland firefighting, is looking for a Sales Director – North America to spearhead our growth and sales operations across the U.S. and Canada. This is a key strategic role focused on business development, sales team leadership, and partner network expansion in a fast-growing sector that makes a real difference. Type : Full-time Reports to : Global Sales Director (HQ in Spain) What you’ll do: Design and execute the commercial strategy for North America Build and lead a high-performing sales team across multiple states/provinces Expand and strengthen our distributor and partner network Drive new business opportunities with public agencies, contractors, and dealers. Own and report on the sales forecast and performance to our global HQ. Represent Vallfirest at key industry events, trade shows, and institutional meetings What we’re looking for: 8+ years in commercial leadership roles, ideally with international B2B focus. Proven experience leading sales teams and go-to-market strategies. Strong background in channel development, product launches, and public sector sales. Fluent in English (other languages a plus. Willingness to travel 60–80% across the US and Canada. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree (Business, Engineering, or Economics). MBA or Executive Master in Sales & Marketing is a big plus Specialized training in Sales Leadership or Commercial Strategy Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM tools Compensation for this position will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and potential contribution to the role.
