Job Description:
Provide pre- and post-sale technical support in Routing/Switching and Wireless. Consult, configure, implement, troubleshoot, and maintain ownership of new services from the Hospital Patient Monitoring (HPM) solutions team for key customers throughout the Midwest Zone.
Your role:
Provide technical recommendations based on customer requirements, support transition to a customer solutions-focused operating model, and support continuous improvement of implementation methodology and service offerings.
Collaborate with internal and external teams, including clinical, sales, and service partners, to coordinate project resources and tasks.
Complete administrative duties in compliance with Philips, State, and Federal regulations, including timesheets, work orders, expense reports, and documentation, adhering to training, quality, and safety standards.
Install complex systems comprising IT infrastructure and patient monitoring equipment in clinical and non-clinical environments, ensuring system viability and diagnosing electronic, networking, and mechanical issues.
Travel within the specified geography, with an average of 2-5 hours driving daily, possibly exceeding 75%, including overnight stays and air/train travel.
Candidate Profile:
3+ years of experience in IT technologies or electronics, preferably in a hospital-based service environment. Experience with patient monitoring and related devices is highly preferred.
Skills in network configuration and troubleshooting; Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification or willingness to obtain within 4 months of employment.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Biomedical, or related fields.
Ability to perform physical, cognitive, and environmental requirements of the Field Service position, including working in hospital and remote settings, flexible hours, and wearing PPE.
Work Environment:
This is a field role requiring onsite presence at customer or supplier locations, with in-person work at least 3 days per week for office-based teams.

Salary Range:
Varies by location, ranging from approximately $83,363 to $157,248 annually, depending on the state.
