Decatur, GA ( 3 days in office with 2 days remote) Fulltime / Direct Hire Overview We are seeking an experienced and business-savvy SeniorSalesforceFunctional Architect to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business and technology, with the capability to work directly with sales teams to understand and translate their needs intoSalesforce-driven solutions. The ideal candidate brings a strong functional understanding ofSalesforce, hands-on technical configuration expertise, and the ability to visually mock up solutions using design tools like Figma. Interview Process 30-minute video screening interview On-site technical interview , including liveSalesforceexercises (e.g., generating reports, extracting accounts, building geo-targeted company reports) Key Responsibilities Collaborate with sales stakeholders to define, prioritize, and deliverSalesforce-based business solutions Generate, modify, and present reports withinSalesforce(e.g., Accounts by geography, sales dashboards, lead reports) ConfigureSalesforceSales Cloud and Service Cloud features to meet business needs Conduct mockups using Figma or similar tools to prototypeSalesforcefeatures for sales teams Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions and document functional and technical specifications Support integration betweenSalesforceand other platforms (ERP, marketing automation, etc.) Train users and support adoption of newSalesforcefeatures ManageSalesforcecustomization using standard tools and frameworks (e.g., Flows, LWC configuration, page layouts) Design dashboards and reporting tools to provide visibility into key sales and service metrics Qualifications 10+ years experience as aSalesforcebusiness analyst or functional architect Deep expertise in SalesforceSales Cloud and Service Cloud ; end-to-end implementation experience required Functional focus with technical fluency : knows how to configureSalesforcewithout being a full-time developer Experience working directly with sales teams to identify business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions Strong experience creating mockups/prototypes using Figma or similar tools. Advanced skills in report building , data exporting , and dashboard design withinSalesforce Familiarity with SOQL , data import/export tools , and LWC framework configurations Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work with executive stakeholders and development teams Demonstrated leadership in Agile/Scrum environments Bonus: Experience with CPQ, Experience Cloud, or third-partySalesforceapp integrations Preferred Attributes Strong business acumen and strategic thinking Ability to translate non-technical requirements into elegant, user-focusedSalesforcesolutions Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable handling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment Proven success in user training and driving platform adoption #INDEAST #J-18808-Ljbffr
