Zynga, the global leader in social games, is currently seeking a full-time Producer to handle our Live Operations and small feature development. We are looking for a talented, motivated, and experienced individual to manage scheduling and oversee development processes related to operating our live game, Zynga Poker. This person will also be responsible for managing the complete development process for smaller features integrated into the game. Qualified candidates should be organized, possess excellent communication skills, and have a proven management track record with internal and external outsourcing studios. The position reports to the Executive Producer and works directly with production project management teams. This role involves maintaining clear communication with the game’s development/production team, creating and maintaining task lists and schedules. A key responsibility is to oversee daily Live Operations, directing the Release Team to ensure high-quality delivery of new clients on schedule. The role also involves managing daily live events and promotions, and directing the development of smaller, technically-focused features from conception to release, requiring an understanding of SDK development and third-party compliance regulations. Under the direction of the Executive Producer, responsibilities include identifying, describing, tracking, and reviewing tasks, organizing and managing scheduling information across projects, identifying task dependencies, managing people, conducting reviews, weekly reporting, and helping set milestones. Main Responsibilities

Manage release processes to ensure on-schedule delivery with high quality. Coordinate daily content releases with Product Management, QA, and Art departments. Collaborate with the Executive Producer and discipline leads to manage the production schedule. Liaise with development/production teams to meet key objectives. Prepare and execute project schedules, including milestones and deliverables. Implement project tracking via JIRA and scope management processes. Oversee milestones for features and releases, proactively managing risks. Improve production processes continually. Communicate regularly with team members to track task status and deadlines. Remove barriers to enable team productivity. Document internal processes as needed. Provide feedback and serve as an internal game critic when necessary. Desired Skills and Experience

Understanding of technical processes, release schedules, content delivery, and live product services preferred. Proficiency in Google Sheets, including formulas and data analysis. Minimum of 5 years production experience, ideally in mobile live operations, with at least one complete development cycle. At least 3 years as a Producer in game development, with shipped titles or full project involvement. Exceptional organization, communication, and management skills. Experience with Agile, Waterfall, SCRUM methodologies under tight deadlines. Ability to work under rapid development cycles and manage multidisciplinary teams. Self-directed, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset in a creative environment. What we offer you:

The pay range in the Bay Area is $85,700 to $126,860, and in Chicago $77,100 to $114,120, depending on location, experience, and other factors. Compensation may include bonuses, equity, benefits such as health insurance, paid holidays, vacation, sick leave, parental and compassionate leave, wellness programs, family support, commuter benefits, and reimbursements for fitness expenses.
