Manhattan, NY A prominent New York law firm with a strong reputation in real estate law is seeking a
Commercial Litigation Associate
with 2–5 years of experience. This is a great opportunity to work on complex, real estate-related litigation as part of a high-performing and well-regarded team that’s continuing to grow into the second half of the year. What you will be doing: -Handling a range of commercial disputes, including arbitration and mediation proceedings. -Drafting litigation documents such as motions, briefs, and pleadings with precision and clarity. -Overseeing discovery processes, including depositions and evidence review. -Representing clients in court and contributing to overall case strategy. -Working closely with experienced attorneys and clients throughout each stage of litigation. What you need: -2–5 years of experience in commercial litigation, ideally with exposure to real estate. -Proficiency in New York civil procedure and litigation processes. -Outstanding writing, research, and legal analysis abilities. -Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset. -Admission to the New York State Bar.
