Chief of Police
The City of Moville (population 1690) is accepting applications for a Police Chief. The successful candidate must have extensive law enforcement experience, professional leadership, management qualities and a commitment to continued education in policing methods. Willing to provide small town community engagement and protection.
Must have an Associate’s Degree and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Law Enforcement are required.
ILEA
certified.
The candidate must live within 10 miles of our city Limits or plan to obtain residency within 6 months of hire.
The annual salary range for this position is $58,000-$65,000 plus a benefits package depending on experience. A Pre-employment physical, drug testing and background check will be conducted.
