Overview The Software Developer develops information systems by studying operations, designing, developing, and installing software solutions, and supporting the Software Development team. The Software Developer prioritizes work, communicates clearly, and has a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions using software engineering skills. What you will need A bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required; 4 years of experience as a software engineer; or Certificates in technologies and 7 years of experience as a software engineer. Additional required skills include: 3 years of development experience with .NET, C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, LINQ, Entity Framework, Angular; Experience with web services, RESTful APIs, JavaScript, WCF, ASP.NET MVC, Python; Process Windows Server 2012/2019 and IIS 7 Administration experience; Experience with E-Commerce platforms like Znode, SmartStore, NopCommerce, or other .NET platforms; Experience with Agile development practices (Scrum, TDD); Familiarity with Microsoft Azure web apps, Logic Apps, and API connections; Experience in coding, testing, and documenting software applications; Experience managing projects from scoping to launch; Advanced English language skills; Proficiency in MS Office Suite; Excellent organizational and time management skills; Strong technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills; Project management abilities; Ability to define, create, and complete project deliverables independently; Aptitude for understanding and facilitating profitable technology initiatives. How you will make an impact Develop software solutions by studying information needs, collaborating with users, and following the software development lifecycle; Document and demonstrate solutions through documentation, flowcharts, diagrams, and code comments; Collaborate with the team to brainstorm, create new products, estimate tasks, meet deadlines, and achieve goals; Make informed decisions quickly, take ownership of services, and keep information confidential; Analyze and summarize development and service issues to provide useful information; Complete tasks that support the engineering and organizational missions; Improve operations through systems analysis and policy recommendations.
