Physical Requirements Varying periods of sitting and/or standing at a computer workstation and working with patients; occasionally lifting, pushing, or pulling objects up to 50 lbs.

Shift Primarily day shift, Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM with occasional weekends per departmental needs.

Job Summary This position independently performs device interrogation, programming, and remote transmission review under the supervision of the Device Clinic Coordinator and provides clinical evaluation of patients’ overall well-being and post-implant wound site. Other daily responsibilities include: managing pacemaker data in all available applications and patient medical records; communicating all findings to include indications found during testing; training and educating patients on all aspects of proper use of transmitting devices; troubleshoots patient compliance issues; schedules appointments for pacemaker monitoring and facilitates appropriate in-office follow up; properly completes all paperwork, electronic orders; may require occasional travel to outreach device clinics; participate in professional development activities and maintain professional affiliations; and any other duties as assigned.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities The ideal candidate will possess the ability to conduct a physical assessment and have experience with EMR.

Preferred Education / Experience Related (RN) cardiac device experience preferred.
