Office Coordinator
to play a central role in supporting our operations and ensuring an efficient, professional, and welcoming workplace.
The Role The
Office Coordinator
will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our office, supporting administrative needs across departments, and helping to maintain a positive and productive work environment. This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive professional who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating seamless experiences for employees and guests alike.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients—greeting guests and maintaining a professional, polished front office presence.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships; ensure facilities are clean, stocked, and functioning smoothly.
Coordinate meeting logistics, conference room scheduling, and catering for internal and external events.
Support the onboarding process for new hires, including workspace setup and coordination with IT and HR.
Assist with travel arrangements, expense tracking, and reimbursements.
Maintain calendars, organize company events, and support internal communications.
Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Partner with HR and Operations to support company-wide initiatives and employee engagement activities.
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
2+ years of experience in office administration, operations, or coordination roles.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with modern office technology.
Positive attitude, resourceful mindset, and team-oriented approach.
