Job Purpose We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented

HRIS & Benefits Manager

to lead the integration of our global HR systems and oversee the administration of employee benefits programs. This hybrid role combines technical HRIS expertise with strategic benefits management to drive automation, improve processes, and enhance the employee experience across all regions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities HRIS Strategy & System Integration

Lead the global integration of HRIS platforms into a unified, scalable system.

Partner with IT and vendors to ensure seamless data migration, system integration, and security.

Configure and maintain HRIS modules including core HR data and reporting, benefits, recruitment, onboarding, compensation, goal setting, performance management and learning.

Implement workflow automation to streamline HR operations and reduce manual tasks and approvals.

Benefits Administration & Compliance

Manage global benefits programs including health, retirement, wellness, and leave policies.

Oversee open enrollment, life event changes, and benefits communications through the HRIS.

Ensure compliance with regional regulations (e.g., ACA, HIPAA, GDPR) and maintain accurate records.

Liaise with brokers, carriers, and vendors to optimize plan offerings and service delivery.

Process Optimization & Reporting

Identify and implement improvements in HR and benefits processes using technology and data insights.

Develop dashboards and reports for HR and leadership to support strategic decision‑making.

Monitor data integrity and system performance, resolving issues proactively.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Training

Serve as the primary point of contact for HRIS and benefits‑related inquiries.

Train HR team members, managers and employees on system usage and benefits navigation.

Collaborate with global HR partners to ensure consistency and alignment across regions.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.

5+ years of experience in HRIS and benefits management, preferably in a global organization.

Hands‑on experience with platforms like ADP WorkforceNow, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM.

Strong understanding of benefits compliance and HR data governance.

Excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Generally working in office with some activities in production environment.

Repetitive motion.

Some day or overnight travel domestically may be required.
