Responsibilities
Spearhead the development, execution, and optimization strategy for growing Agoda’s new and emerging marketing channels.
Conduct end‑to‑end analysis of large, complex datasets related to channel performance, user behavior, and market trends, translating raw data into actionable insights.
Develop hypotheses, design experiments (e.g., A/B tests), and build structured analyses to evaluate campaign effectiveness and drive data‑driven decisions for channel growth.
Partner closely with various business functions to identify opportunities, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets using tools such as SQL or Tableau.
Communicate complex findings, performance updates, and strategic recommendations clearly and concisely to key stakeholders, including senior management.
Qualifications
4–6 years of experience in a Data Analyst role within tech, consulting, e‑commerce, or digital marketing.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or Finance.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and generate impactful recommendations.
Proficiency in business intelligence tools and data warehouse technologies such as SQL, Tableau, and MS Excel.
Innovative problem‑solving skills and the ability to tackle complex challenges creatively and adaptively.
Stakeholder management and communication skills, with proven, strong commercial acumen when interacting with senior leadership.
