Solugenix is assisting a client, in their search for a
Data Engineer/Data Analyst.
This is a contract to hire opportunity based out of Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid).
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving data-driven transformation.
Qualifications:
BS degree with at least 4-5 years' experience. Proven experience in data mining, process transformation, and data analysis. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Self-starter with the ability to lead projects independently. Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Prior experience in the banking or financial services industry is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Perform advanced data mining and analysis to uncover insights and support decision-making. Lead process transformation initiatives using data-driven approaches. Take ownership of projects and drive them to completion with minimal supervision.
Must Have & Desired Skills:
Strong proficiency in SQL and Python is required, along with solid experience in at least one scripting language.
Pay Range for CA, CO, IL, NJ, NY, WA, and DC: $60/hour to $65/hour. Starting rate of pay offered may vary depending on factors including but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training and/or experience.
Solugenix will consider qualified applicants with a criminal history pursuant to the California Fair Chance Act and Ordinance. Applicants do not need to disclose their criminal history or participate in a background check until a conditional job offer is made to you. After making a conditional offer and running a background check, if we are concerned about conviction that is directly related to the job, applicants will be given the chance to explain the circumstances surrounding the conviction, provide mitigating evidence, or challenge the accuracy of the background report.
