Overview Experienced Clinical Coordinator – Lead with Purpose in Dialysis Care. Make a Difference Are you a passionate and experienced RN looking to take the next step in your dialysis career? As an Experienced Clinical Coordinator, you’ll play a vital leadership role in delivering high‑quality care to patients with End‑Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) while mentoring teammates, driving clinical excellence, and fostering a collaborative environment.
Minimum of 6 months dialysis RN preferred. At DaVita, we empower nurses to make a real impact—both patient and team.
Responsibilities
Coordinate ESRD patient care and services (trending lab values, tracking metrics on vital signs, weight, outcome management, etc.)
Ensure highest level of care and patient safety, comfort, and well‑being.
Provide training, which may take place in a facility or a training clinic other than your home clinic.
Potential to float to various clinics during and after training.
Maintain a flexible schedule: ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
What You Can Expect
Build meaningful, long‑term relationships with patients and their families in an intimate outpatient setting.
Work with an interdisciplinary team—staff RNs are central to a small clinical team.
Provide care for patients with multiple comorbidities, leveraging a broad range of nursing skills.
Oversee patient observations and support PCTs in measuring stats and machine setup.
Work in a fast‑paced environment using hands, heart and head daily.

Requirements
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
Current CPR certification.
Minimum 18 months of registered nursing experience.
Dialysis Charge RN readiness approval by Clinical Nurse Manager or RN‑licensed FA/GFA required.
Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) preferred.
Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg preferred.
Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred; diploma may substitute for degree.
Training approved by medical director and governing body per CMS guidelines for water treatment system operation.
Supervisory experience preferred; willingness and ability to supervise required.
Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Outlook.
