We're looking for an
Ambulatory Clinical Informatics Analyst
to join our team and support Epic clinical systems. This role bridges IT and patient care, helping design, build, and optimize Epic workflows to improve patient care and staff efficiency.

What You'll Do
Serve as the primary Epic support contact for clinical staff
Troubleshoot, design, test, and implement Epic workflows and system enhancements
Train and support end-users to ensure effective system use
Partner with Epic staff and leadership to meet project goals and timelines
What We're Looking For
3–5 years of clinical experience in healthcare (RN preferred)
Current Louisiana clinical license preferred
EpicCare Ambulatory Certification preferred (bonus offered if certified)
Strong problem‑solving, communication, and workflow analysis skills
Must be able to work on‑site in Baton Rouge, LA (not a remote position)
