Support internal teams and clients with banking inquiries, account enrollments, and transaction‑related requests Partner with departments such as legal, compliance, technology, and business operations Monitor transactions and assist with fraud prevention strategies Maintain data accuracy and ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase operational efficiency Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required
(Finance, Business, or related field) or experience in financial services or operations is a plus Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage competing priorities in a high‑paced environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems Details
