Responsibilities
Benchmark divisional performance using KPIs such as ROA, working capital, inventory turns, DSO, headcount, and bad debt. Analyze forecasts and variances to identify trends and opportunities.
Review financial results for compliance with internal controls and US GAAP.
Partner with divisions to implement cost‑saving initiatives and strategic projects.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
Collaborate with accounting teams to improve and align close procedures.
Provide guidance to ensure accurate and compliant financial reporting.
Conduct balance sheet analysis, focusing on inventory and reserves.
Prepare internal management reports and handle ad hoc financial projects.
Analyze financial results to identify profitability drivers and improvement opportunities.
Assist in developing and implementing corporate financial policies.
Qualifications
Ethical, credible, and collaborative team player.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deliver concise recommendations.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing accounting or finance.
Solid understanding of US GAAP and internal controls.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
