Location: Honolulu, HI (hybrid after training)
Duration: 10 month contract
Pay rate: $32.86 to $34.86/hr
Schedule: 8am - 4:30pm
Job duties for this position include:
Transcribe Adverse Event referrals in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel for State reporting
Set up Adverse Event cases in QCare;
Triage Adverse Event cases in group mailbox
Assist with medical records request and clinical reviews
Prepare case reviews/case summaries for discussion with Chief Medical Officer
Submit inquiries to delegates (case management agencies, transportation vendor) as needed
Qualifications: 1 year of experience as an LPN reviewing medical records
1 year experience working with MS Office (Excel, Word)
