Parkland Medical Center is recruiting a CT Technologist to join our team in Derry, NH.
Job Summary And Qualifications The CT Technologist will operate CT equipment, obtain high‑quality images, perform quality control, and provide patient care. The role requires compliance with radiation safety guidelines, proficiency in computer operations, and readiness to assist the radiologist with contrast and biopsies.
Essential Functions
Obtain quality CT images.
Comply with radiation safety guidelines.
Operate CT equipment safely.
Perform all necessary computer operations.
Provide patient care in a professional and courteous manner.
Prepare the CT scanner and perform quality control tests.
Assist the radiologist with administering medication, contrast agents, biopsies, and other patient care tasks.
Review each exam for technical accuracy and identify anatomical orientation on all images.
Show willingness to assist in additional duties.
Complete and maintain educational requirements.
Promote customer satisfaction.
Build and promote a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement.
Maintain attendance and compliance with policy.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited school of radiologic technology.
ARRT (R)(CT) within 12 months of hire.
Active New Hampshire State Medical Imaging/Radiation Therapy license.
American Heart Association BLS certification.
One to three years experience as a Radiology Technologist.
