Salary: $130,000 – $150,000
Job Summary We’re seeking a
Manager II, Process Engineering
to lead and inspire a team of Engineers in delivering complex projects, capital plans, and strategic initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with deep technical expertise, a collaborative mindset, and a strong track record of coaching and developing talent. You’ll oversee the design, development, and implementation of advanced manufacturing systems and equipment, shaping engineering strategy and ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency across our operations.
Qualifications
4-year Bachelor’s Degree in a related Engineering discipline.
Minimum of twelve (12) years of related engineering experience.
Experience working with food processing facilities and equipment design.
Knowledge of USDA, FDA, OSHA and environmental regulations, codes, and standards.
Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent planning, prioritization, and multi‑tasking abilities.
Ability to influence and negotiate with internal and external customers.
Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
Advanced PC skills (Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, and engineering design software).
Advanced knowledge of mathematics (fractions, ratios, value analysis, thermodynamics).
Must be willing to travel to other Grande facilities 80‑90% of the time.
Preferred
Master’s Degree in Engineering.
Project management certification and/or Professional Engineering license.
