Celestar Holdings Corporation is seeking a
Mid-level CI HUMINT Analyst
to support The U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) under the G3X/G2X Global Counterintelligence & Human Intelligence Analysis and Support Contract. The primary place of performance will be Fort Sam Houston, TX.

Responsibilities
Prepare intelligence reports and assessments for the supported Command’s mission planning and force protection efforts.
Identify asymmetric threats and vulnerabilities to U.S. interests in the AOR and assess and monitor the internal security situation in the AOR as it pertains to force protection.
Deliverables include CONOPS, OPLANS, OPORDs, Strategic Assessments, Reports, White Papers, Briefings, Coordination, Strategic Collection Management Plans, Analysis, Deconfliction, and Oversight.
Produce highly-complex all-source CI analytic production to support Army CI efforts against FIE threats to Army RDA and Defense Critical Infrastructure worldwide.
Conduct intelligence analysis to enable the development of CI-HUMINT efforts based on analytical tradecraft methodologies and unit collection and targeting strategies.
Advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency.
Knowledge and experience with Intelligence Community Directives (ICD) related to duties.
Perform other duties as needed.
Undergo and successfully complete a counterintelligence-scope polygraph examination with NDI on a pre-appointment and periodic basis.
Required Qualifications / Skills
Bachelor’s Degree.
Certifications: DoD Intelligence Fundamentals; or Certified Defense All-Source Analyst (CDASA)-1, CDASA-2; or Certified Collection Management Professional – Fundamentals (CCMP‑F); or Intelligence Planner Certification.
Military or Government Education: U.S. Government all-source MOS or job-analytical certification course or program.
Joint CI / HUMINT Analysis and Targeting Course; or DIA Targeting Officer Course; or equivalent.
10 full-time years in a CI-HUMINT analysis, management or leadership position.
5 full-time years as a CI-HUMINT analyst in a strategic Military Intelligence or IC role.
3 full-time years analyzing regional and functional CI-HUMINT topics, including foreign intelligence threats to Defense Critical Infrastructure Program and DoD supply chains.
