Pay Info:
Non-certified techs will start at $24/hour; certified techs will start at $25.50/hour and increase based on years of applicable work experience. $7,500 sign‑on bonus available for eligible applicants with a two‑year work commitment.
Department Details:
We are seeking positive, compassionate, hardworking team members who provide the high‑quality care patients and families expect. In this fast‑paced operating room setting, team members who thrive are adaptable, great communicators, detail‑oriented, and have excellent time‑management skills.
Our operating room has 10 suites and 2 additional eye‑procedure suites. You will work alongside CRNAs, APPs, RNs, STs and surgeons to assist in invasive and non‑invasive surgical procedures, ensuring a safe environment.
Standard hours are Monday‑Friday. This position includes late shifts, rotating call, and off‑site call for orthopedic trauma. Current call rotation: one weekday call every 2‑3 weeks, 4‑5 weekend calls a year, and one holiday call a year, with a post‑call shift the following day for rest.

What You Will Do Provide assistance to the surgeon during procedures, including pre‑paring and organizing operating room instruments and supplies; anticipate the surgeon's needs during a procedure.
Qualifications
A graduate of a Surgical Technology program.
Must be on the North Dakota Board of Nursing Unlicensed Assistive Personnel (UAP) Registry at the time employment begins.
National certification is preferred but not required; new graduates are welcome to apply with or without certification.
