Physician Assistant (PA-C) – Regenerative & Pain Management Clinic
Location: Encino, CA (with travel to Long Beach & Glendale satellite offices)
Schedule: Full-time; In-Office; Monday–Friday
Compensation: $122k – $160k annually DOE

Role Overview We are seeking a confident and motivated Physician Assistant (PA-C) with recent experience in interventional pain management. This position involves both clinic-based patient care and support with interventional procedures, as well as periodic travel to satellite offices.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct patient assessments, follow-ups, and develop individualized treatment plans
Manage medication regimens, including controlled substances within scope
Assist with procedures such as shockwave therapy, trigger point injections, nerve blocks, joint injections, and PRP therapy
Review and interpret imaging (MRI, X-ray) in collaboration with supervising physician
Document thoroughly in EMR (AdvancedMD preferred)
Compassionately educate patients on pain management and regenerative treatment options
Qualifications
Active California PA license and NCCPA certification required
Minimum 1 year of recent pain management clinic experience
Proficient knowledge of interventional pain procedures and medications
Familiarity with regenerative medicine (PRP, stem cell) preferred
Proficiency with EMR systems (AdvancedMD a plus)
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient care skills
Ability to work both independently and under physician supervision
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Bilingual Spanish preferred
Experience with personal injury or workers' comp cases preferred
