Responsibilities
You will be servicing diagnostic lab equipment in the Beckley, WV area. Customer Service Engineer Level based on prior experience.
You will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing and performing preventative maintenance on all Siemens Healthcare instrumentation at customer sites with minimal supervision.
You will be responsible for delivering both timely and effective repairs as well as adequate training of operators to ensure optimal system performance, resulting in superior customer satisfaction.
You will manage financial performance within their territory, meeting or exceeding budget for revenue generation, expense control and inventory management.
You will manage company assets to include a company car, cell phone, computer, tools, inventory parts, etc.
Establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers, as well as performing necessary administrative duties accurately.
Experience / Qualifications
You have knowledge and experience performing service, preventative maintenance and modifications on Equipment at customer sites with minimal supervision
You have the ability and experience to establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers, as well as performing necessary administrative duties accurately.
You have experience in testing, repairing and maintaining capital medical equipment
You have strong customer service and communication skills
You are proficient in the use of tools and service test equipment
Required skills to have for the success of this role
Minimum high school diploma, Technical Degree or equivalent experience.
4+ Years of field service experience is desired.
Proficiency in all necessary network applications and tools (including but not limited to eVO, mButler, MS Office applications, Concur, NAM Customer Service website—Engineer Tools).
4+ years experience as a medical technologist or field service engineer servicing diagnostic instruments needed.
Ability to travel and provide service in assigned geography; willingness to participate in an on-call rotation after training and certification.
Valid driver's license, ability to drive independently day and night, and good driving record required.
Physical Requirements: lifting 50lbs, walking, climbing, bending, twisting, standing, and other related activities.

Compensation and benefits The base pay range for this position is Min $70,540 – Max $105,820. Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, disability insurance, paid time off, and more, subject to eligibility.
