Assist with installation, inspection, and maintenance of maritime networking and communication equipment. Work aboard ships and in shipyard environments, ensuring all work is completed efficiently, safely, and to specification. Troubleshoot and support hardware and connectivity issues under the guidance of network engineers and senior technicians. Collaborate closely with project teams to complete assignments on time and within scope. Maintain tools, equipment, and workspaces in an organized, ready-to-use state. Conduct tasks in accordance with safety protocols, even in challenging or physically demanding environments. Gain hands-on exposure to cutting-edge maritime technology solutions. Travel extensively - domestically and internationally - to shipyards, ports, and customer sites, often for extended periods. This includes offshore assignments and work in diverse, high-tempo operational settings. Get the opportunity to travel and work in dynamic environments. Strong work ethic and a genuine willingness to learn. Ability to adapt quickly and stay productive in fast-paced, ever-changing environments. Comfort with hands-on, physical work aboard ships and in shipyard conditions. Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset. Readiness and ability to travel extensively, including internationally and offshore, for extended durations. Experience in maritime, construction, or fieldwork environments is a plus, but not necessarily required. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to handle a variety of tasks - big and small - with professionalism. Must have an active DoD security clearance.
