Farkouh, Furman & Faccio, LLP (“FF&F”) is a rapidly growing boutique accounting firm situated on Park Avenue in Midtown Manhattan. We are looking for a full-time Senior Tax Associate with 3–5 years of public accounting experience, strong leadership skills and long-term growth goals.

As a Senior Tax Associate at FF&F you will work directly with partners, handling a broad spectrum of tax matters for high net worth individuals, trusts, estates, businesses of all sizes, and publicly‑traded corporations. You will also have the opportunity to participate in advisory projects related to M&A, entity structuring, and financial planning.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

Gather, analyze, and process financial accounting data for tax returns, estimated tax payments, and tax projections.

Support Tax Managers and Partners in the day‑to‑day management of client engagements.

Maintain client engagement status updates for partners and management.

Research and apply tax concepts to meet client needs.

Execute various aspects of compliance with moderate to minimum supervision.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting from a reputable program (master’s in taxation a plus).

3–5 years of experience at a CPA firm.

Strong technical skills in tax preparation, compliance, jurisdictional correspondence, and tax research.

Experience preparing tax returns for high net worth individuals, trusts, and estates.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Proactive, self‑motivated with a desire to grow and learn.

Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with clients.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.

Excellent time‑management skills with the ability to prioritize within budget constraints.

CPA license is a plus.

Proficiency with CCH ProSystem fx or Axcess Tax software is a plus.

Proficiency with BNA Tax Planner software is a plus.
