Inside Sales Representative

Base + Commission (uncapped)
What You’ll Do:
Make high‑volume outbound calls to healthcare providers to promote and sell pharmaceutical products.
Manage and grow a book of existing accounts while identifying new opportunities.
Provide quotes, process orders, and follow up on customer inquiries.
Stay informed on product availability, pricing, and industry trends.
Work cross‑functionally with purchasing and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Comfortable navigating CRM systems and sales tools.
Knowledge of pharmaceutical products, medical terminology, or distribution practices is a plus but not required.
