The Role As a Dealer Support Manager, you’ll be the bridge between Crown Shade’s internal operations and our national dealer network. You’ll help ensure every dealer receives world‑class service, training, and communication — from quote to delivery.
This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to solving problems before they happen.
What You’ll Do
Serve as the primary contact for all dealer communications and support requests.
Manage dealer quotes, orders, and warranty claims through our CRM / ERP system.
Support dealers with product knowledge, pricing, and installation resources.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and quality teams to ensure order accuracy and timely fulfillment.
Monitor dealer satisfaction, performance, and compliance with Crown Shade standards.
Assist with onboarding and training through Crown University, our dealer education platform.
Represent Crown Shade at trade shows, training events, and partner meetings.
Maintain detailed records, reports, and dashboards on dealer activities.
What You’ll Bring
3–5 years’ experience in customer service, account management, or dealer support, preferably in manufacturing, construction, or outdoor living.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and ability to multitask across projects.
Experience with CRM / ERP tools.
A proactive mindset and the ability to work cross‑functionally with operations, sales, and logistics.
Technical aptitude or familiarity with engineered or motorized products is a plus.
