About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Air Export Coordinator to join our international logistics team. The successful candidate will manage and coordinate all aspects of air export shipments, ensuring compliance with global trade regulations and delivering outstanding customer service from booking to delivery. Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage day-to-day air export shipments from booking to final delivery. Prepare and process export documentation (e.g., AWBs, commercial invoices, packing lists, SLI, AES filings). Liaise with airlines, customers, and overseas agents to ensure timely and accurate movement of freight. Ensure compliance with international export regulations, TSA/CBP requirements, and internal policies. Track and monitor shipments, proactively resolving delays or issues. Quote freight rates and provide customers with timely updates and shipment visibility. Arrange cargo pickup, consolidation, and delivery with trucking partners and warehouses. Maintain accurate records in the company’s logistics management system (TMS/ERP). Collaborate with internal teams (sales, accounting, customs brokerage, etc.) to ensure seamless operations. Requirements
Essential
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Air Export operations (freight forwarding or logistics industry). Strong knowledge of international air cargo documentation and export regulations. Familiarity with Incoterms, IATA regulations, and AES filing procedures. Excellent communication and customer service skills. High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities. Proficient in MS Office and freight forwarding systems (CargoWise, Descartes, etc.). Preferred
IATA or Dangerous Goods certification (DG). Experience working with major airlines and global agents. Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. What We Offer
