We are looking to strengthen our Wealth Management Platforms by building digital experiences that help clients manage their finances and monitor investments across all WM channels. The role is within the UX Design & Research team, working closely with product, research, and engineering to create intuitive, user‑centric solutions.
Responsibilities
Partner with the UX lead to formulate and execute the product vision throughout the end‑to‑end design process.
Understand and document clients’ underlying needs and motivations to align design outcomes with business goals.
Collaborate with research to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data, making value‑driven design decisions that translate into clear, simple UIs.
Create and present design deliverables—including sketches, wireframes, user flows, and prototypes—to inspire confidence in your solutions.
Design responsive and adaptive web and mobile interfaces, working closely with engineering to deliver successful products.
Share best practices, align on patterns with the broader Wealth Management UX team, and promote a design‑centric culture at the firm.
Advocate for all users through rigorous testing, ensuring designs meet WCAG and ADA compliance standards.
Qualifications
Outstanding portfolio demonstrating solved business and user needs.
2–5 years of experience as a key contributor to launched products.
Bachelor’s degree in design or a related field (Master’s degree a plus).
Strong proficiency in Figma.
Experience designing intuitive interfaces that enhance user experience and drive customer engagement.
Ability to leverage research, wireframes, and prototypes to validate and refine design concepts.
Comfort in collaborative, explorative environments with a diverse team.
Active listening skills and facilitation of group brainstorming, audits, and critiques.
Poised with complex, ambiguous projects and resilient in the face of obstacles.
What You Can Expect We offer a competitive base pay range of $58,000 – $115,000 per year, with additional compensation such as commissions, incentives, discretionary bonuses, and other long‑term incentive plans.
