Job Responsibilities
Perform assembly operations (electronic/mechanical assemblies, subassemblies, modules, boards, panels, frames, cables).
Carry out picking and packing operations.
Follow visual aids, layouts, schematics, process sheets, and instructions (written/verbal).
Use hand/power tools, jigs, saws for assembly and production work.
Conduct continuity checks, quality inspections, rework, modifications, and testing of prototypes.
Support production/manufacturing operations including machinery, packaging, and distribution.
Report machine malfunctions and abnormalities.
May assist with shipping, receiving, inventory control, or storage.
Role Characteristics
Autonomy:
Entry-level, routine tasks under close supervision.
Organizational Impact:
Performs basic manufacturing/distribution activities, records data.
Innovation & Complexity:
Routine problems with prescribed solutions.
Communication:
Primarily within immediate team.

2–3 years of related experience.
