The insurance coverage group handles all aspects of coverage analysis and litigation, including coverage opinions, position letters, declaratory judgment actions, policy drafting and review, and risk transfer strategies. Draft coverage opinions, reservation of rights letters, and DISCLAIMERS Advise insurers on duty to defend, indemnify, and independent counsel obligations Litigate declaratory judgment actions and coverage disputes in state and federal court Manage discovery, motion practice, and dispositive motions in coverage litigation Handle contribution and recovery actions among carriers Review and revise policy language Assist clients with risk management strategies and coverage resolution planning Coordinate with defense counsel on underlying liability matters to align coverage positions Requirements
