Role Summary The HR Business Partner (HRBP) aligns business objectives with employee and leader needs, delivering strategic HR solutions and acting as a change agent across designated client groups. Key Responsibilities Act as a frontline partner for leaders on all aspects of the employee experience (full life cycle, talent onboarding, organizational architecture, change management, engagement, rewards, performance, career development, employee relations). Own and execute employee experience strategies (stay interviews, check?ins, focus groups, engagement surveys) and provide data?driven recommendations. Coach leadership on performance management, career and disciplinary actions, and build productive work relationships. Facilitate 9?Box exercises and succession planning to create a strong bench of internal leaders. Partner with business units to determine right organizational structure, compensation analysis, and talent capabilities. Deliver compliance training (wage & hour, coaching, IP/ADA, LOA) and mitigate risks. Administer LOA and IP/ADA processes in partnership with benefit teams and regional HR Generalists. Generate monthly HR metrics (headcount, turnover, diversity, retention) and present insights to senior leadership. Support annual open enrollment and serve as liaison for benefit inquiries. Implement local training programs (VVG University) and ensure compliance across client groups. Interpret HR policy and ensure regulatory compliance. Maintain professional confidentiality in employee relations matters. Travel locally to client group sites; 4 days in office, optional 1 day remote.
Qualifications & Requirements 5+ years of multi?location HR experience. Bachelors degree required; MBA or MS in Industrial Relations/Human Resources preferred. SHRM?CP or PHR credentials highly desirable. Excellent verbal and written communication; bilingual English/Spanish (Spanish fluency required). Strong team player with results?driven mindset in fast?paced environment. Analytical thinker with strong organization and planning skills. Professional demeanor and discretion in all interactions.
